Hello all
I hope you are well and surviving the extremes of heat we’ve had over recent weeks. Our gardens have needed these last few days of rain, haven’t they, but I suspect that there are more dry days to come.
I have a new Workshop date to share with you. It’s been a while since I’ve held an Autumn Wreath Workshop and so this is my offering for Sunday morning, 20th September at Brinscall Hall.
Autumn falls after late Summer, and fits nicely with the timing of this workshop as Autumn lands just a few short days later, after the Autumnal Equinox.
I love that Autumn has the sense of letting go of those things which no longer serve us and it feels like the perfect time to do that.

My workshop invites you to step into the flow of creativity, leaving behind any issues of daily life and bringing some deeper connection to the moment, the season, and the practice of intuitive, therapeutic styling.
We’ll start at 10.00am with a late breakfast of coffee/tea, fruit and pastries before creating Autumn wreaths using everything available to us in the season. This might include berries, rose hips, dried elements, as well as autumn foliage, vines, and perhaps some cones. Our focus will be one of gratitude and appreciation of all that Nature provides, particularly those golden tones and the warmth of our good company.

Our gathering lasts approximately two hours leaving you free to make your own arrangements for lunch afterwards.
Brinscall Hall is a safe space, a private house with gentle gardens. It has ample parking. It is situated off Dick Lane, Brinscall, near Chorley, PR6 8QL.
The cost is £60 per person and the number of participants is limited to 6, maybe 8 adults.
I hope you can join me.
To make enquiry or to book, please email contactme@themindfulseasonalist.com or text/call to 07973 627339. Payment is by bank transfer where the link will be provided upon enquiry, and payment will reserve your space.
Please know that I’m unable to provide reimbursement if you later are unable to attend, but I will happily permit someone else to attend in your place by prior agreement.
Additionally, if you decide to make an Autumn wreath with me then you can return your cleaned willow base to my winter workshop if you book, either to reuse it or exchange it for a fresh one, and receive a £5 discount on the cost of that next Workshop. My winter wreath workshops will be advertised soon, and available to book at £65 per person. For the moment, however, this note to you invites you to step into Autumn when the time is right.
I hope to see you soon if this is something you might like. If it's not for you this time, I'd love it if you'd share the details with someone you think would enjoy it.
Warmest wishes
Tracey
